Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original BURGA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
